In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to curl.
