Filipino Smoked Tofu Skewers
A flavorful and healthy vegetarian dish inspired by Filipino cuisine, featuring smoky tofu and a floral twist.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons pineapple juicemarinade
- β2 tablespoons coconut milkmarinade

- β10-12 bamboo skewerssoaked in water

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, and fish sauce (if using).

Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes and add to marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Thread tofu, pineapple chunks, and onions onto bamboo skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush the skewers with marinade and season with black pepper and floral salt.

Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is golden brown and slightly charred.
