Delightful Portuguese Dumplings

- β1 1/2 cups tender all-purpose flourfor dumpling dough

- β1 cup peasfresh or frozen
- β1 package dumplingshomemade or store-bought

In a large bowl, combine floral water, tender all-purpose flour, and portuguese salt.

Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.

Place a few peas in the center of each dough circle.
