Thai Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful Thai-style stir fry made with a variety of vegetables and your choice of protein. Serve over rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β2 Thai red chili pepperssliced
- β1 cup Floral jasmine riceuncooked
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 bunch Broccolichopped
- β1 cup Carrotspeeled and chopped
- β1 large Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 block Tofucubed
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the onion, carrots, and broccoli, and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the ginger and garlic, and cook for 1 minute.

Add the Thai red chili peppers and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the peppers are slightly softened.
