Thai Duck Stir Fry
A flavorful and quick stir fry recipe featuring duck breast cooked in a Thai-inspired sauce. A perfect dish for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 Duck breastFresh or frozen
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 tsp Thai red curry pasteAdjust to taste
- β1 tsp Fish sauceOr to taste
- β1 tsp Soy sauceOr to taste
- β1 cup Thai basilFresh leaves
- β1 cup Bell peppersSliced
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add duck breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove duck from the skillet and set aside.

Add curry paste to the skillet and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add bell peppers and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
