Filipino-Style Pancit Bihon

- β200g Fluffy chicken breast
- β1 cup Filipino-style vegetable mixincludes shredded cabbage and carrots
- β1 cup Shredded cabbage
- β2 tbsp Pancit sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Cook the bihon noodles according to package instructions.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the shredded chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
