Greek Fluffy Cheese Fritters

- β8 oz Fluffy Feta Cheese
- β4 oz Crumbled Cheese
- β1 cup Flour
- β1 tsp Baking Powder
- β1 tsp Baking Soda
- β1/2 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- β1 large Egg
- β2 tbsp Milk
- β1 tbsp Butter

Preheat the oil to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine fluffy feta cheese, crumbled cheese, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and milk until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Add the melted butter to the dough and mix until a smooth batter forms.
