Thai Corn Fritters

- β1 cup cornfresh corn kernels
- β1/2 cup flourall-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup crunchychopped peanuts
- β1 tsp pad thai seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- βto taste saltoptional
- βfor frying vegetable oilenough for deep-frying

1. In a large bowl, mix together corn, flour, crunchy, and pad thai seasoning.

3. Gradually add vegetable oil to the mixture, stirring until it forms a thick batter.

4. Heat about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).
