Classic Dutch Casserole
A hearty and comforting Dutch casserole recipe made with fluffy rice, flavorful frankfurter, and a crispy top.
Ingredients
- ●2 cups Fluffy rice
- ●1 pound Frankfurtersliced
- ●1 can Casserolecondensed cream of mushroom soup
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 cup Milk
- ●2 tablespoons Butter
- ●to taste Salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the fluffy rice according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, sauté the sliced frankfurter and chopped onion until the onion is translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

In a separate saucepan, heat the casserole over medium heat.

Stir in the milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add the cooked rice, sautéed frankfurter mixture, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the saucepan.
