Indian-Style Fluffy Dal
A simple and comforting Indian-inspired dal made with fluffy rice and cooked to perfection. This dish is a staple in many Indian households.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup beans

- ●1-inch piece ginger

Rinse the dal and soak it in water for at least 30 minutes.
