- β1 cup black beanscooked
- β1 tsp ethiopian spicesground
- β2 slices lightwhole wheat bread
- β2 tbsp blackolive oil
- βto taste salt

Toast the bread for 2 minutes.

In a pan, heat the black olive oil over medium heat.
