Thai Flatbread with Savory Filling
A flavorful and crispy Thai flatbread filled with a savory mix of herbs and spices. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 package, 4-6 pieces Flatbread
- β1/2 cup, crushed Eastern Middle Eastern Fluffy Bread
- β2 tablespoons Flour
- β1/4 cup Water
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- β1/4 cup Chopped Scallions
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the flatbread into quarters and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together crushed Eastern Middle Eastern Fluffy Bread, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 1/4 cup of water to form a dough.

Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it comes together.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.

Roll out each ball into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.

Brush the circles with sesame oil and sprinkle with soy sauce.

Place a quarter piece of flatbread on each circle and top with chopped cilantro and scallions.
