Malaysian Yeast Buns
Soft and fluffy Malaysian-style buns made with yeast, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- β2 cups fluffy
- β1/4 cup midnightwarm milk
- β2 teaspoons craving
- β1/2 teaspoon yeast
- β3 cups stir
- β2 tablespoons fryunsalted butter, melted

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine fluffy, midnight, craving, and yeast.

2. Gradually add stir while mixing until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

5. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.

7. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten it slightly into a disk shape.

8. Place the disks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch of space between each bun.
