Vietnamese Prosciutto Pilaf
A flavorful and savory pilaf dish infused with the taste of Vietnam, featuring crispy prosciutto and fluffy rice.

- β1 tsp vietnamese craving spice blendavailable at Asian markets
- β4 slices prosciuttothinly sliced
- β2 tbsp midnight oilolive or vegetable oil

Heat the midnight oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced prosciutto and cook until crispy, about 4 minutes.
