Norwegian Rice Stir Fry
A quick and easy rice stir fry dish inspired by Norwegian cuisine. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β1 cup Fluffy Rice
- β2 cups Fluffychopped into small pieces
- β2 tablespoons Norwegiansmoked salmon paste
- β1/2 cup Noodlesbroken into small pieces
- β2 tablespoons Fryvegetable oil

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 2 cups of chopped fluffy and 1/2 cup of broken noodles to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add 1 cup of fluffy rice to the skillet and stir to combine with fluffy and noodles.

Add 2 tablespoons of Norwegian smoked salmon paste to the skillet and stir to combine.
