Croatian Duck Confit

Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Croatian paprikaSweet and mild
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1 tsp Fluffy saltUnrefined salt
- ●1/2 cup Pillowy breadcrumbsFor crispy topping
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilFor cooking
- ●1 tbsp Pillowy flourFor dredging

Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).

Season the duck legs with Croatian paprika, garlic, and fluffy salt.

Dredge the duck legs in pillowy flour, shaking off excess.

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the duck legs until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.

Transfer the Dutch oven to the preheated oven and cook for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.

Remove the duck legs from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
