Egyptian Poached Fluffy Chocolate Delight
A unique dessert featuring dark chocolate, fluffy Egyptian ingredients, and a poached twist.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Dark Chocolate Chipsat least 70% cocoa
- β2 cups Fluffy Egyptian Oatssteel-cut or rolled
- β2 Poached Pearspeeled, cored
- β2 tbsp Egyptian Honeyadjust to taste
- β1 cup In Season Fresh Berriessuch as strawberries or blueberries
- β1 can Coconut Creamchilled
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extractoptional

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine the Egyptian oats, honey, and water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and the mixture has reached a thick, porridge-like consistency.

Stir in the dark chocolate chips until melted and well combined. Remove from heat.

In a separate saucepan, poach the pears in water until tender. Let cool.

In a large bowl, whip the coconut cream until smooth. Fold in the vanilla extract, if using.

To assemble the dessert, place a poached pear half on top of a scoop of the chocolate oat mixture. Spoon whipped coconut cream over the top and garnish with fresh berries.
