Indian-Style Haddock Fry
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired dish made with haddock, perfect for a quick dinner. Serve with a side of rice or roti for a complete meal.
Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Sambhar Masala
- ●1 cup Fluffy Basmati Rice
- ●1/2 cup Savory Yogurt
- ●2 tbsp Lime Juice
- ●2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ●1-inch piece Ginger
- ●2 cloves Garlic

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add the haddock fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Remove the haddock from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add the sambhar masala and cook for 1 minute.
