- β1 cup long-grain rice
- β20 pieces anchoviesfragrant

- β2 tablespoons sushi rice vinegar

Instructions

Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

Drain and cook the rice with 2 cups of water in a saucepan.

In a separate pan, combine coconut milk, sambal, and sushi rice vinegar.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
