Polish Millet Pilaf
A hearty and flavorful side dish originating from Poland, perfect for accompanying various main courses.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup, diced Polish sausage
- β2 tablespoons Fragrant olive oil
- β1 medium, finely chopped Onion
- β2 tablespoons Dense all-purpose flour
- β2 cups Broth
- βto taste Salt

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
