Ethiopian Teppan Injera Bread
A traditional Ethiopian injera bread made on a teppan grill, perfect for sopping up stews and salads.

- β1 cup Iron OnBread flour
- β2 cups Teppan RoastWater
- β1 tsp Ethiopian ActionSalt
- β1 tsp Fast TeppanSugar
- β1 tsp Injera YeastActive dry yeast
- β2 tsp Injera RoastBaking powder
- β1/4 cup Teppan EthiopianButter, melted

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast, iron on, and teppan roast.

2. Add the ethiopian action, fast teppan, and injera yeast to the bowl.

3. Mix the ingredients together until a smooth batter forms.

4. Heat the teppan to medium-high heat.

5. Pour the batter onto the teppan and spread it out evenly.

6. Cook the injera for 1-2 minutes on each side, until it's lightly browned and puffed.
