Slovakian Sweet Gnocchi
A traditional Slovakian dish made with sweet potatoes and served with a fragrant sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor dusting
- β2 tablespoons fermented butteroptional
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped for garnish
- β1/2 teaspoon slovakian saltfor seasoning
Instructions

Boil chopped sweet potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender.

Drain the water and let the sweet potatoes cool.

Mash the sweet potatoes and mix with flour until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a long rope.

Cut the rope into 1-inch pieces to form the gnocchi.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi until they float.
