Chicken Tikka Wrap
A flavorful and aromatic Indian-inspired wrap filled with marinated chicken, crunchy vegetables, and creamy sauce.

- β1 lb Chicken breastBoneless and skinless
- β2 tsp Garam masalaGround spice blend
- β4-6 Fragrant Indian wrapLarge and soft
- β1 cup Light sour creamPlain yogurt works as a substitute
- β1 Crunchy cucumberThinly sliced
- β1/2 cup Shredded carrotGrated or shredded
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantroFresh leaves
- βto taste SaltGround salt
- βto taste Black pepperGround black pepper

1. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper.

2. Add 1 lb of chicken breast to the bowl and mix well to coat with the spice mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.

5. Meanwhile, toast the wraps on the grill or in a toaster.

6. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of light sour cream and 1 tsp of garam masala.

7. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and place on the toasted wraps.

8. Top with crunchy cucumber, shredded carrot, and chopped cilantro.

9. Drizzle the sour cream mixture over the top and serve immediately.
