French Bean Casserole
A hearty, comforting dish featuring tender beans and rich rillettes, perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Rillettesduck or pork
- β1 Tendertenderloin, sliced
- β1 Longlong pepper, sliced
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste Salt and pepperfor seasoning

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced tender and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced long pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the French beans to the skillet and cook until they start to tenderize, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the rillettes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
