Spicy Algerian Chicken Tagine

- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro

- β2 tbsp fish sauce
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β1 tsp red pepper flakes
- β2 cups water

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
