Norwegian Doraji and Knekkeboller Bites

- β1 pound Dorajicleaned and sliced
- β1 package Knekkebollerhomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium Fresh rootsuch as bellflower
- β1 tablespoon Andsuch as sesame oil
- β1/2 cup Dense norwegian cheesesuch as Jarlsberg
- β1/2 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepperto taste

In a bowl, mix together doraji, knekkeboller, fresh root, and norwegian cheese.
