- β1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- β2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- β2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- β1-inch piece, grated Ginger
- β1 tsp Brown Sugar
- β2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- β2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- βto taste Salt
