Roasted Lettuce Salad with Crunchy Moroccan Chickpeas

- β4 cups Fresh lettuce
- β1 cup Roast chickpeasstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Moroccan seasoning
- β1/4 cup Crunchy chopped fresh herbssuch as parsley or cilantro
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β1 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the roast chickpeas with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with Moroccan seasoning. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy.

Toss the fresh lettuce with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
