Kenyan-Style Cauliflower Curry
A flavorful and nutritious Kenyan-inspired cauliflower curry that's easy to make and packed with spices. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp Curry powder
- β2 inches Fresh ginger
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Coconut oil
- βchopped (optional) Fresh cilantro
Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
