Spring Cherry Dutch Pancakes
A unique and delicious Dutch-inspired pancake recipe with cherry and spring flavors. Perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Cherry jam
- β1 cup Dutch rolled oats
- β1 tsp Fermented apple cider vinegar
- β2 tbsp Dutch spring butter
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the spring water and fermented apple cider vinegar.

In a separate bowl, mix together the Dutch rolled oats, cherry jam, and a pinch of salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet or griddle.
