Syrian Grilled Peanut Chicken Skewers
A flavorful and colorful dish featuring marinated chicken breast, fresh vegetables, and peanuts, all grilled to perfection on skewers.

- β100g peanutschopped
- β20g fresh parsleychopped
- β20g fresh cilantrochopped
- β250g mixed bell peppersseeded and sliced

- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp paprikaground
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper

Preheat grill to 200Β°C.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chopped peanuts, parsley, and cilantro to the bowl and mix well.

Add the chicken breast to the bowl and mix until well coated with the marinade.

Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, onion, and garlic onto the skewers.
