Fresh Fruit Crumble
A delicious dessert made with fresh fruit and a crunchy butter crumble topping.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Fresh peachesany variety, sliced
- β1 cup Fresh blueberriesfresh or frozen
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Cold unsalted buttercut into small pieces
- β1 cup Oat crumblehomemade or store-bought

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches and blueberries. Add the granulated sugar and mix until the fruit is evenly coated.

Transfer the fruit mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In another bowl, mix together the flour and cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the oat crumble to the flour mixture and mix until well combined.

Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit filling.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is tender.
