Vietnamese Fried Noodle Soup
A spicy and flavorful Vietnamese noodle soup made with fried noodles and a rich broth. Serve with a side of fresh herbs and lime wedges.

- β4 cups Shrimp brothstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Soy saucefor added flavor

- β1/4 cup Fried shallotsfor garnish
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β4 Lime wedgesfor serving

Cook the Vietnamese rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Add the shrimp broth, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the pot and bring to a boil.
