Gooey Korean Dumplings in Olive Oil
A twist on traditional dumplings by pan-frying them in a mixture of olive oil and gooey sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 package Wonton wrappers
- β2 tablespoons Gooey saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated

1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, gooey sauce, Korean chili flakes, and soy sauce.

2. Pan-fry the wonton wrappers in the mixture until golden brown.

3. Remove the wrappers from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

4. In a separate pan, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat.

5. Add the chopped green onions and grated ginger to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.

6. Add the pan-fried dumplings back into the pan with the green onion mixture and stir-fry for another minute.
