Norwegian Shrimp Skewers
A simple and flavorful dish featuring succulent shrimp from Norway, marinated in a mix of Asian-inspired flavors. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Norwegian ShrimpFresh and peeled
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable OilFor brushing skewers
- β2 inches GingerFresh, peeled and minced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Soy SauceLow sodium
- β1 tablespoon Brown SugarFor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Lime JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon Chili FlakesOptional, for some heat
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped, for garnish
- β10-12 SkewersFor grilling
