Peruvian-Style Chicken and Rice Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic dish inspired by Peruvian cuisine, featuring chicken, turmeric, and fresh herbs.

- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped
- β1 tsp TurmericGround
- β1 cup Peruvian pilaf mix
- β2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper
- β1 clove GarlicMinced

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
