Polish Frittata
A hearty, cheesy frittata inspired by Polish cuisine, packed with fresh vegetables and savory goodness.
Ingredients

- β1 medium, diced Fresh Bell Pepper
- β1 cup, chopped Fresh Spinach
- β1/2 cup, sliced Polish Sausage
- β1 cup, shredded Cheesesuch as cheddar or mozzarella
- β6 large Eggs

In a large skillet, cook the sliced sausage over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
