Grilled Beef Skewers with Aji Amarillo
A classic Venezuelan dish featuring marinated beef skewers grilled to perfection and served with a spicy kick from aji amarillo peppers.
Ingredients

- β2 Venezuelan aji amarillo peppersseeded and chopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Add the beef cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
