Lamb and Dal Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

- β1 pound, ground Lamb
- β1 cup, cooked and mashed Dal
- β1 cup Breadcrumbs
- β1/2 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 cups Tomato Sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine lamb, dal, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the meatballs are baking, heat the tomato sauce in a large saucepan over medium heat.
