Pan-Seared Broccoli with Northern Thai Spices

- β2 tsp Northern Thai spicesBlend of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- β2 tbsp Aerated olive oilFor high-heat cooking
- β1 tbsp Purple rice vinegarFor acidity and flavor
- β1 cup Sprouting broccoli floretsOptional for extra texture
