Duck Tacos with Frosty Slaw
A twist on traditional tacos, featuring crispy duck, topped with a refreshing frosty slaw and spicy relish.

Sear the duck breast in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the duck to the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Meanwhile, combine the shredded cabbage, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.

Add the shredded frosty to the bowl and toss to combine.

Warm the corn tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
