Funky Brunch with American Olives
A unique twist on a classic brunch dish, featuring the flavors of America and the savory taste of olives.
Ingredients

- ●4-6 American corn tortillascut into quarters
- ●6 slices Crispy baconcrumbled
- ●1 cup, shredded American cheddar cheese
- ●1/2 cup Sliced red onionthinly sliced
- ●1/4 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
- ●2 tbsp American mayonnaise
- ●1 cup Salsa
- ●1 cup American sour cream
- ●1 cup, sliced Jalapeños

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Set aside.

3. Cut the corn tortillas into quarters and place on a baking sheet.

4. Drizzle with oil and season with salt. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy.

5. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and diced olives.
