Paneer Quesadilla
A fusion dish blending Indian and Mexican flavors. Crispy paneer quesadilla filled with spices and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- β250g Paneer
- β2 Whole wheat tortilla
- β1 tsp Quesadilla seasoning
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 cup, shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- β1 Lime
- βto taste Salt

1. Cut paneer into small cubes and set aside.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add Quesadilla seasoning and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

4. Add paneer to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon butter in a separate skillet over medium heat.

6. Place a whole wheat tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

7. Place cooked paneer on top of the cheese and fold the tortilla in half.

8. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

9. Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.

10. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

11. Serve hot with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
