Spicy Caramel Garlic Chicken
A savory and spicy caramel glazed chicken dish, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β4 lbs chicken breastBoneless and skinless
- β4 cloves garlicminced
- β1/2 cup caramel saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tsp chili flakesor more to taste
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing
- βto taste saltoptional

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic and chili flakes.

Rub the garlic-chili mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, heat the caramel sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Once the chicken is done, brush the caramel sauce all over the top of the chicken.

Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the caramel is bubbly and sticky.
