Greek Lamb Skewers
A flavorful and easy-to-make recipe for lamb skewers, perfect for grilling in the summer.
Ingredients
- ●500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMake sure to pat dry the lamb cubes before grilling
- ●2 tsp Flaky sea salt
- ●3 cloves Garlic, minced
- ●1 tsp Greek oregano, dried
- ●2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ●1 tbsp Greek yogurt

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, oregano, salt, and lemon juice.

3. Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the marinade.

4. Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.

6. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

8. Serve the skewers hot with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top.
