Whole30 Garlic Tadka Chicken
A quick and flavorful Whole30 compliant dish made with garlic and tadka.

Ingredients
- β4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 1/2 pounds
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Tadka
- β1 tablespoon Coconut oilfor cooking
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped

Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to rest.

Reduce heat to medium and add tadka to the skillet.

Mince garlic and add it to the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
