- β1/4 cup poke saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp garlicky buttermelted
- β1 cup aerated ricecooked according to package
- β2 tbsp canadian maple syrupoptional
- β salt and pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
