Galangal Pasta Stir Fry

Ingredients

- ●1 tablespoon aerated flourto thicken sauce
- ●1/2 cup dutch cheesegrated
- ●8 oz pastadried

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the garlicky oil over medium-high heat.

Add the grated galangal and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
