Classic German Sausage Stew

Brown the German sausage in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Remove the sausage from the pot and set it aside.

Add the garlicky stew meat to the pot and brown it on all sides.

Remove the stew meat from the pot and set it aside with the sausage.

Add the bouncy carrots and onion to the pot and sauté them until they are tender.

Add the potatoes to the pot and sauté them for a few minutes.

Add the browned sausage and stew meat back to the pot.
