Canadian Seafood Chowder
A hearty and flavorful Canadian-inspired seafood chowder made with fresh seafood, potatoes, and a hint of garlic.
Ingredients
- β1 package Canadian Chowder Mix
- β1 tablespoon Garlicky Buttermelted
- β1 pound Cod Filletscut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1 cup Musselsscrubbed and debearded
- β2 medium Potatoesdiced
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Fish Stock

Melt the garlicky butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the cod fillets, shrimp, and mussels. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the fish stock, potatoes, and Canadian Chowder Mix. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
